1. Download the application form.
2. Completing and submit the application form to the Secretariat. The relevant identity documents should be provided as required.
3. The council will give permission to the new members who are willing to join us.
4. The new members may also participate in the work of the association during the period of investigation, submitting the application or approved by the council.
5. After being approved, Secretariat issues noticed letter to the approved units.
6. The unit make payment to specified account within one month after receive noticed letter. A special invoice will be issued by financial department according to the membership fee.
7. A letter of confirmation will be issued by the secretariat and a list of members will putting on the IHFCA website.
